Gestão de aliases de tenant¶
Criar, validar, consultar, atualizar e excluir aliases globais pela fachada do BFF ou consumidores internos.

Resultado: Alias global registrado, alterado ou removido.
Alternativas relevantes: Nome inválido ou duplicado impede gravação. A consulta de validação não reserva o alias para uma criação posterior.
